Community Events & Workshops
We are always excited to share our passion of movement and breath work with our community of friends and family! These community events and workshops are accessible and created for all populations of Individuals . The 60 minute community event is created to help facilitate the recovery process of one’s body and nervous system. The Durable Athlete workshop is for personal trainers and everyday movers who are are looking to efficiently and effectively administer functional movement and restorative techniques for themselves and/or their community. WHO IS THIS FOR
The community event is for everyone and anyone. Seriously, we have found a way to present movements and mobility techniques that is accessible for everyone and anyone. If you are wanting to feel better moving in your body, then this is for you.
WHY IS THIS FOR ME
We often times are great about working out and pushing ourself in the gym but we often times forget to take care of the recovery aspect. This session is to help your body facilitate a recovery and restorative state.
WHEN DO THESE TAKE PLACE
We will be hosting the sessions once a month for anyone and everyone. Usually on Saturdays or Sundays.
WHAT TO BRING
When attending the Durable Athlete community events be sure to bring with you a Yoga mat, water, and most importantly a friend!

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
A movement and breath work focused workshop designed to educate and empower people and about durable movement and breathing habits.
- Learn our movement principles to help you apply our perspective of movement and methods.
- Learn joint by joint mobility to help broaden your movement library and recovery toolbox.
- Experience breathing protocols to help facilitate both an up regulation and down regulation drive for ones nervous systems.
- Run through the foundational movement patterns and variations of each pattern for the squat, hinge, lunge, pull, crawl, push, and carry.
