What is the workshop about: A movement and breath work focused workshop designed to educate and empower people and about durable movement and breathing habits.
Who is the workshop for: The Durable Athlete workshop is for personal trainers and everyday movers who are are looking to efficiently and effectively administer functional movement and restorative techniques for themselves and/or their community.
- Learn our movement principles to help yo apply our perspective of movement and methods.
- Learn joint by point mobility to help broaden your movement library and recovery toolbox.
- Run through the foundational movement patterns and variations of each pattern for the squat, hinge, lunge, pull, crawl, push, and carry.
- Experience breathing protocols to help facilitate both an up regulation and down regulation drive for ones nervous systems.
