In this 12-week program, we’re moving through conditioning and lifting progressions designed to not only increase your performance but enhance your body’s work capacity as well as overall durability.

Increasing your body’s ability to handle weight over a period of time also increases your capacity to handle any activity you’re engaging in – be it a sport, in the gym, or daily life. This is done by improving the health of your connective tissues, and ensuring that your joint capsules are able to move appropriately to be able to withstand a variety of stressors and chaos that life throws at us.

Our unique combination of hypertrophic progressions and mobility work will leave your body strengthened yet mobile, which is another crucial factor in mitigating injuries and maximizing performance.

In short? Here, we’re maximizing gains and work capacity. Our goal with this program is for you to come out with solid strength and the ability to apply that strength over longer periods of time.  If you’re in a sport, this should increase your ability to play harder, and longer.

This full program will feature 4 days of workouts per week: 2 days of upper body and 2 days of lower body work. Each workout will have in-depth video demos and an exclusive Facebook Group to ask questions and receive advice.
